February 20th Promise - BROKEN!

Well, I did it again!  Yes, I was going to log back in on February 20th, and let any interested readers know how I did during that day.  Yet I did not post that evening.  SHAAAMMME.....

I can't tell you how I did - I do remember getting laundry done, but I did not make a stir fry dish.  Can't remember what I ate.

Part of successfully changing eating habits is to be accountable - to yourself!  It does not go unnoticed that I flaked out on posting that evening!  It is a matter of accountability and a failing of same.  Being accountable for one's actions has an awful lot to do with weight issues.  But instead of flaking out on others, you are flaking out on yourself.  So I mark this down as another trait that I must consciously work on.
